Welcome to Trevolti, LLC (“Trevolti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Products & Orders

Trevolti offers both:

  • Custom, made-to-order products (including team stores and event-based items), and
  • In-stock lifestyle products sold directly to consumers.

Fulfillment Methods

Certain products sold through Trevolti are custom, made-to-order, or event-based items and may be designated as Event Pickup Only. These items are distributed at the associated event and are not eligible for shipping or tracking. Non-custom items purchased directly from our online store are shipped to the address provided at checkout. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the fulfillment method associated with each product.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order items:

  • Are produced specifically for the customer after an order window closes
  • Are subject to Minimum Order Quantity (“MOQ”) requirements
  • Are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Once an order is submitted, no changes may be made to sizing, quantities, colors, delivery method, or fulfillment details.

3. Lifestyle (In-Stock) Products

In-stock lifestyle products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Eligibility, timelines, and exclusions are governed solely by that policy.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Customer location
  • Applicable state and local tax laws

Trevolti is not responsible for incorrect tax assumptions made by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, timelines, and fulfillment options vary by product type and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by production schedules, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

6. Event Pickup Orders

For event pickup orders:

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving items at the designated location and time
  • Failure to retrieve an order does not qualify for a refund

Unclaimed orders may be shipped at the customer’s expense or forfeited after a reasonable holding period.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, patterns, product names, and content on this site are the property of Trevolti, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trevolti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback does not negate acceptance of these Terms or our posted policies.
We reserve the right to submit documentation to contest any dispute.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
