This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Trevolti, LLC.

Event Pickup & Shipping Methods

Trevolti fulfills orders based on product type.

Team Store & Event Products  
Team store and event-specific items are custom, made-to-order products produced after an order window closes. These items are distributed at the associated event and are not eligible for shipping. Tracking information is not provided for team store or event items.

Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Products  
Non-custom items purchased directly from our online store are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Tracking details are emailed once the order ships.

If an order contains both team store items and shipped items, each item will follow its respective fulfillment method.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom products (including team store and event orders):

  • Enter production after the store or order window closes
  • Production timelines are provided as estimates only
  • Shipping timelines vary by product, event, and destination

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Event Pickup Orders

Some orders may be designated as Event Pickup Only.

  • Customers must retrieve items at the specified event
  • Missed pickups do not qualify for refunds

Unclaimed orders may be shipped at the customer’s expense or forfeited.


Lifestyle (In-Stock) Products

In-stock lifestyle items typically ship within:

  • 3–7 business days after order confirmation

Shipping timelines may vary during peak periods or promotional launches.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.


Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the carrier:

  • Trevolti is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage
  • Claims must be filed directly with the carrier when applicable
