Refund policy

Trevolti, LLC (“Trevolti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) produces both custom, made-to-order apparel and limited in-stock lifestyle products. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and related issues are handled based on product type.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


SECTION 1 — Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Final Sale)

This section applies to all custom, made-to-order, team store, and event-based products.

All Sales Are Final

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
Because these products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order window closes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Team store orders
  • Event-specific apparel
  • Custom jerseys, kits, accessories, or apparel
  • Any product produced to order, colorway, size run, or quantity tied to a Minimum Order Quantity (“MOQ”)

No Cancellations or Changes

Once an order is submitted:

  • Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded
  • Sizes, quantities, colors, and delivery selections cannot be changed
  • Orders are locked once production planning begins

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before checkout.


Sizing Disclaimer

Sizing charts and fit guidance are provided as a reference only.
Due to the nature of performance apparel and individual fit preferences:

  • Fit dissatisfaction does not qualify for a return or refund
  • Minor size variance is considered normal and acceptable within industry standards

Defective or Incorrect Custom Items

We will review claims only if a product is:

  • Defective due to manufacturing error, or
  • Incorrect relative to the confirmed order (wrong item, size, or quantity)

To be eligible:

  1. Notification must be received within 7 days of delivery or event pickup
  2. Clear photos must be provided
  3. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Approved claims are resolved at our sole discretion via:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not feasible.


Event Pickup Orders

For orders designated as Event Pickup:

  • Customers are responsible for retrieving items at the specified event
  • Failure to pick up an order does not qualify for a refund

Unclaimed orders may:

  • Be shipped at the customer’s expense, or
  • Be forfeited after a reasonable holding period

SECTION 2 — Lifestyle (In-Stock) Products

This section applies only to in-stock, non-custom lifestyle products purchased through our online shop (e.g., hats, tees, hoodies, accessories not produced through a team store or custom order).


Eligible Returns

Eligible lifestyle products may be returned if:

  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Item is in original condition with tags attached
  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Lifestyle Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact sales@trevolti.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Trevolti is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Refunds (Lifestyle Products Only)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns received outside the allowed window or failing inspection may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style:

  • Return the eligible item following the process above
  • Place a new order separately

Defective or Incorrect Lifestyle Items

If a lifestyle item arrives defective or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos documenting the issue

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.


SECTION 3 — Shipping, Chargebacks & Legal Acknowledgment

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order leaves our possession:

  • Trevolti is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Returned shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy or the terms of the applicable Sales Agreement.

We reserve the right to submit order records, policy acceptance, and fulfillment documentation to contest any chargeback.


Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns & Refund Policy and the applicable terms of our Sales Agreement and Terms of Service.
